Collection of Information:
If you are a client or potential client of Trinity Associates, we may collect and store information about you to facilitate communication and/or more effectively manage client information.   Additionally, our web site may capture the date and time of your visit to our web site, referring address, type of Internet browser, and visitor's IP address. The log file does not capture a visitor's email address.

 

How does Trinity Associates use this Information:

This information is collected so that we may provide or enhance the services we make available to you, to enhance our ability to communicate with you about additional services they may find of value, to satisfy our legitimate business interests and to comply with government regulations. 
 
As we collect and use information, we may contract with vendors to assist us in processing that information. We log these addresses and analyze them to understand where requests originate so that we can provide the most efficient service, enhance security, ensure appropriate usage and produce traffic volume statistics.

 

What happens when I leave Trinity Associates’ web site to visit a linked web site?:

Parts of our web site consist of products and services hosted by third-party businesses. When you leave our web site to visit one of these sites, the only information transferred to the third-party is the fact that you came from our web site (the referring address). This practice allows the third-party to monitor its own web site traffic, but does not provide them with any information about you. Trinity Associates is not responsible or liable for the independent privacy polices of third party sites. You should consult the privacy polices at those sites to determine how your information may be used.

Security and Integrity of Information:

We treat our data as assets that must be protected against loss and unauthorized access. We employ information security techniques to appropriately protect confidential information from unauthorized access by users inside and outside the company. Access to customer information is limited to those employees who have a legitimate business need for that information.
