Interim Consulting – Relationship Definition

When Trinity is engaged to provide Interim Consulting, services are delivered “on-location”, whereby Trinity adopts a temporary position within the framework of the Client Company to assist in reaching set objectives, resolving disputes, rightsizing, etc. Essentially, Trinity functions as member of the executive team for the duration of the interim contract.
